My client is seeking an experienced and professional Sales Service Manager to join their successful team.
Daily duties include:
- Daily monitoring of client information
- Pro actively advise and strengthen customer relations once the contract is concluded by sales team
- Ensure sales team are hitting targets
- Proactively identifying opportunities for clients and communicate them to sales team
- Up sell current clients and identify new business
- Coordinate and monitor solutions for all issues of the customer
- Resolving complex issues e.g. billing problems, distribution errors etc.
- Renew timely existing contracts
- Check compliance with contract terms
- Customer reports for sales account
- Sales prospection and lead qualification for sales team follow up
- Solution selling approach
- Managing a portfolio
Monday - Friday 0830am - 1730pm
YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE COURIER / LOGISTICS INDUSTRY FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE SUCCESSFUL.
