This is a great opportunity to work for a growing business, so if you are a Sales Secretary with good administration skills this could be the job for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing all round administrative and secretarial support in a busy Sales Department
- Preparing a range of documentation including correspondence, reports and proposals
- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with clients and Agency general enquiries
- Managing advertising files any other legislative information required for work being completed
- Ordering any necessary materials required for work to be carried out and arranging delivery
- Checking Advertising Agency invoices received, inputting on system and processing for payment
