Sales Secretary

Our client is currently recruiting for a Sales Secretary to join a well-known and prestigious Estate Agents. Working as part of a small, friendly and vibrant team, this position will provide training for the right candidate and will consist of the following aspects:

* Providing general secretarial and administrative support to a busy sales team
* Typing of emails and all client based correspondence
* First point of contact for clients
* Handling phone calls
* Preparing reports & property details
* Dealing with contracts and Sales Memorandums
* Uploading properties to company website and third party websites
* Uploading & maintaining information on database
* Managing and prioritising office emails & post

Skills and Attributes:

* Previous experience within property administration
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong IT skills
* Organised
* Ability to work on your own initiative and within a team
