£18,500 - £23,000 plus £3k OTE PA!

The main aim of this Sales & Retentions Executive role is to creative a positive experience for the customers, you will always put the customer first and you will represent some of the nations leading brands. You will have meaningful conversations (not scripted) ask the right questions and investigate the best products for that customer. As well as speaking to new customers you will also retain existing ones.
This is a warm sales role where there will be no cold calling included.
You will be joining a bright, dependable and friendly team who have first class communication skills, who are professional and efficient.
We are looking for confident, sociable people who have outstanding people and relationship building skills.
Ideally you will:
• Customer service experience either phone or face to face
• A keen eye for detail
• Sharp thinking
• PC skills
• Customer first attitude
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Drive and enthusiasm
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines.

Hours are full time, 37.5 hours. Rotational shift pattern, between the hours of 9am and 8pm Monday - Sat.
