About the role:
As part of our continued success, we are looking for talented sales agents to join our award-winning team in Brighton. Having opened the doors to our Brighton office in October 2017 we have already experienced huge success and this is an exciting opportunity to join us on our journey. This is an incredibly fast-paced sales role as part of a successful and growing team, with great opportunities for progression and high earning potential. You will be working in a fast-paced and challenging role liaising with clients and venues to book all elements of a customer’s day spa experience
? To follow up with customers, venues and other third parties to close sales and take payment
? To identify potential new business from old leads
? Use initiative to up-sell and cross-sell other products to the customer
? To act in a professional and efficient manner to phone and email enquiries
? To take details from the customer, communicating in a polite and friendly way to identify the customer’s exact needs and requirements, in order to maximise upon any revenue opportunities from each enquiry
? To facilitate smooth and effective communication with the various reservation departments at specific venues in order to check availability, discuss treatment time availability and any special requirements for the customer, whilst maintaining the professional relationship that Spabreaks.com is renowned for
? To maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times through ongoing training and daily use of the Spabreaks.com website
? Consistently working to achieve individual and team targets / KPIs
Experience and Qualifications:
? Experience of working in a telephone-based Reservations sales role previously would be preferred.
? A team player, with the ability to communicate with different departments and venues effectively
? Carry effective organisational skills and possess the ability to multitask
? Proven ability to work under pressure
? Dedicated and determined in achieving set targets / KPIs consistently
Remuneration and Benefits:
? £18,000 basic salary rising to £20,000 upon successful completion of a 6 month probation
? Uncapped commission (Average OTE c£28k)
? 22 days holiday pa, increasing to 25 upon completion of a 6 month probation
? Familiarisation trips to UK, Europe and ROW destinations
? Recommend a friend scheme up to £500pp/£1000pp(IT)
