We're looking for a Sales Representative with a talent for building lasting relationships to join us at our Coalville site to make a meaningful impact on business growth.

You’ll be part of our Packaging Division, working closely with our Business Development team to uncover new business opportunities across the UK. Using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you’ll research, engage, and connect with potential customers, helping to shape projects from concept through to delivery.

This Sales Representative role goes beyond lead generation - you’ll play a key role in B2B sales and business development, gaining valuable experience as you help drive company growth.


About the Role

How will you achieve this?

  • Identify new leads: Proactively identify new business opportunities through outbound calls and respond to inbound market-qualified leads, engaging the customer in conversation while identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  • Grow a quality pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality potential customers through extensive research and the use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, evaluating opportunities, understanding business needs, and enhancing the company’s professional profile.
  • Drive business success: Be budget aware and help directly contribute towards achieving sales targets.
  • Create smooth transitions: Ensure the professional handover of prospects to the appropriate sales team, providing ongoing support to facilitate a smooth and seamless transition.
  • Support team success: Actively support colleagues in the delivery of planned business campaigns, as well as product and service promotions, and utilise organisational skills to complete administrative tasks as required to support the wider team.
