Job Title: Energy Customer Adviser

Location: Godalming

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 OTE £35k (uncapped)

The Role

Our client is one of the UK’s leading price comparison websites. Comparing many products such as current accounts, mortgages, credit cards, gas & electricity, car insurance, pet insurance, and home insurance.

Our client have switched and saved 15,000 customers a month on their Gas & Electricity supply. We are looking for Energy Customer Advisers to join our clients Utilities team in the exciting and ever developing Energy sector at our Head Office in Godalming, Surrey.

The energy market in the UK is a multi-billion pound industry!

As an Energy Customer Adviser you will be speaking to customers who have previously switched their energy supply with our client, or who have completed a Gas & Electricity quote online. Your main responsibility as an Energy Customer Advisor is to save customers money on their Gas & Electricity bills. You will use our cleints comparison engine to compare energy tariffs and suppliers based on the customer’s usage/spend and postcode.

All Energy Customer Advisers will receive full and ongoing training, making you an expert within the Gas & Electricity sector.

The Candidate
