Your new company 
Amann is a very well-established and successful manufacturer in Manchester who twist, dye, bond and wind yarn for a variety of end uses including technical, specialist, industrial and domestic use. They operate over a large site in Manchester and have many operatives on site. They are currently seeking a Sales Representative to cover the North. 

Your new role 
As an Amann Sales Representative, it is your role to sell the company's products and services. You will be responsible for establishing new leads and winning new customers, as well as looking after an existing customer base in a designated sales region still to be defined; but the candidate should ideally be situated in the North West or the Yorkshire area. You will be given an established customer base to maintain and offer technical and sales advice to existing customers as well as targeting new market sectors.

What you'll need to succeed 
The position requires you to work as part of a small sales team, ideally a team player having excellent business acumen, and ability to manage a sales region with minimal supervision and with a high level of self-motivation. You should be familiar with CRM and highly driven to succeed as daily activities are recorded for existing customer visits as well as creating new leads and opportunities. Ideally from a Textiles background, educated to degree level but not essential as candidates will be considered with a proven sales background.  Familiar with Excel, Word, Outlook, and having excellent oral and written communication skills and being able to have the ability to offer problem solving. You will also be expected to contribute to the forward planning or forecasting for annual budget setting in communication with the Sales Manager. Must be willing to travel throughout the UK with the occasional trip overseas. 

What you'll get in return 
You will work for a leading, long established producer of yarns in Manchester.  In return for your work you will receive a salary of £32500 (Depending on Experience) plus benefits including a company car, phone and lap top and private medical.
