Duties for this role will include;
- Liaising with potential customers regarding new products or services
- Communicating effectively with customer to better understand their requirements
- Entering accurate and up-to-date customer information on to the central database
Once a customer's requirements and interests have been gauged, you will direct them to a relevant member of the sales team.
Communication is key to this role. It will be your responsibility to build rapport with the potential customer and ensure that they are engaged in the products and services provided.
This role will require a strong communicator with a good telephone manner, and the ability to confidently explain and describe various products and services to potential customers. Being a great team player is necessary, as is the ability to work well under pressure and be able to handle rejection.
There is scope for progression within this position and so the successful candidate will have a desire to progress within the sales sector. Full training for further roles will be provided.
