We are looking for the best and brightest sales recruiters for our global client to use their skills within the already busy team to help in building the global sales team across the EMEA region therefore experience in hiring overseas is essential.
What will you do?
- Hiring across 16 different countries across EMEA for sales roles from junior to senior level
- Managing multiple client groups and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Dealing with the end to end recruitment cycle, focussing on finding exceptional talent, delivering high quality results in a timely and professional manner
- Delivering and continuously improving the candidate experience / journey
- BA / BSc Degree or equivalent experience
- Agency or in-house recruitment experience - a minimum of 3 years
- Experience recruiting across EMEA - essential
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- An additional language would be highly desirable
