An opportunity has arisen to work for one of the leading independent estate agency brands in the UK as a Sales Valuer.
The main responsibilities of a Sales Valuer is to book, complete and follow up on valuations for your branch, as well as participating in the Negotiation and sales process as required.
- Arranging and attending client valuation appointments
- Supporting the branch manager
- Bring new properties onto the market
- Supporting your team to meet and exceed targets
- Self-driven to meet and exceed your own targets
- Demonstrate proactive engagement with current and prospective clients
- Work closely with vendors to ensure high quality>
- Generate new business
- Capitalise on all leads
You should have a minimum of 12 months valuation experience and 3 years in estate agency, and be target driven with a passion for the property industry.
Hours of Work:
- Monday - Thursday, 9:00-19:00
- Friday, 9:00-18:30
- Saturday, 9:00-17:00 (On a rota basis with a day off in Lieu)
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 basic Depending on experience (You must have a full drivers licence as a company car is provided with this position)
