Job Brief/Objective:

The Sales and Project Management role will be responsible for the generation and management of sales revenue to contribute to individual and company targets, whilst managing sales processes and being a brand ambassador for our client, both in the UK and globally.

This includes all decoration and animation projects and covers our key areas of business - town council, public spaces, shopping centres and leisure locations.

This is a crucial role, which requires someone who is comfortable working with a number of business stakeholders within the business

The Sales and Project Manager will work closely with the wider project team to deliver festive decorations on time and budget for our client base. Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the duration of the project whilst we drive revenue and margin.

Qualifications: Degree qualified desirable, ideally in management or project management

§ Any formal training in sales is a bonus

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

To keep all clients communicated and happy throughout the entire sales process ensuring they are delivered a scheme that fits the brief and delivers on their objectives whilst being on time and budget

Strategic Planning and Ability to plan your own work load and sales pipeline from a remote location and flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and work under pressure

Negotiate at all levels of business within the public and private sectors New Business Generation

Conversion of a high percentage of new business leads into wins

Conduct initial site surveys and talk to customers about new products

Lead tender campaigns

Responsibility to deliver sales presentations Customer Relationship Management

Regularly contact to maintain existing customer relationships

Report all meetings and communications through in-house CRM database system

Ability to negotiate additional business sales outside of contractual agreements

Manage sales process from initial enquiry to delivery of products Competitor Analysis

Visit all key competitor schemes during festive season

Report findings of competitor site surveys to in-house team including pictures

Lead the development of creative ideas that can combat the competition Customer § Develop strong and positive relationships with customers when out in the marketplace

Obtain key information during communication including details of budgets, desired concepts and likes/dislikes

Focus on delivering proposals tailored to a client’s budget and vision People

Liaise with the in-house design team to ensure that we are market leading and inspirational in all areas of visual creativity

Report regularly to Managing Director on ongoing projects and strategies

§ Work in collaboration with the wider sales and project management team to deliver client requirements

Other Key Duties/Responsibilities:

Project managing all clients throughout the annual festive calendar - from brief, to win to delivery - ensuring we deliver on time and budget

Driving towards your client feedback figures, region annual target and margin targets - commission is paid on performance Process Tasks:

Overseeing all projects within your region from cradle to grave

Required Knowledge/Experience/Skills:
