EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR AN EXPERIENCED SALES PROGRESSOR OR SOMEONE WITH ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE LOOKING FOR A MONDAY-FRIDAY ROLE
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Progressor to join a well-respected, Independent agency Estate Agency with offices across Kent and South East London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the sales team and handling the sales transaction process.
My client is eager to find a Sales Progressor who will treat their vendors with kindness and respect. You must be able to put your foot down, get results and deal with stressful situations and must be able to get on with the job and duties and micromanaging.
Ideally you will have experience, patience and be able to problem solve, you will need to be self motivated, persuasive and be able to speak with solicitors. It is a very busy office, so you will need to have good organisational skills and excellent customer service skills.
Candidates must have clear and confident communication skills and understand the process of the legal transaction from the point of a sale being agreed to completion as this role entails liaising with all parties, including solicitors, financial advisor's, surveyors etc.
·Monday-Friday 8.45am- 5.30pm
·Basic salary - £21-24,000
·OTE - £26-29,000
