My client based near High Wycombe are currently recruiting for an outstanding opportunity as a Sales Progressor. This is an urgent need and would be best suit someone who has a previous background in an Estate Agent or Solicitors:

job duties:
· Develop and maintain effective business partnerships with all regular contacts which include liaising with solicitors, surveyors, independent financial advisers, mortgage lenders and estate agents.
· Ensuring regular contact is maintained and accurate, comprehensive, information, guidance and support is provided from initial enquiry through to completion.
· Take personal responsibility for adhering to Homes England (HE) and Greater London Authority (GLA) guidelines, statutory and company requirements, procedures and guidelines for the administration of all sale transactions which include outright sales, new build shared ownership (s/o), s/o stair-casing, s/o reassignments, transfer of equity, re-mortgage, disposal of redundant stock, lease extensions, flexible tenure and tenant purchase schemes.
· Make introduction calls to vendors of receiving Notice of Intention and to home buyers within 24 hours or receiving Memorandum of Sale; follow the key stages of each type of sale to ensure timeframes, legal and audit requirements are met. Take appropriate remedial action as necessary.
· Take responsibility for the provision and input of accurate financial information relating to sales, service charges and completion statements onto the Group’s IT systems, working with colleagues within the group to obtain the information required.
· Manage property portfolios on the website, populating data fields and creating sales and marketing material for new build and existing stock.
· Take responsibility for determining the eligibility of all applicants in respect of local authority nomination agreements, HE and GLA guidelines and any other scheme criteria. Make offers based on data analysis and reports and withdraw offers if timelines are not met.
· Interpret legal and financial information through the sales and conveyancing process.
· Take responsibility for updating and identifying effective working procedures, including ensuring necessary changes are made to reflect updates in legislation.
· Provide effective support to the New Build Sales Managers as required.
· Adhering to the Group’s Code of Conduct, Customer Care Standards and key legislation such as Data Protection Act.
