Overview of the role
The role is based within the Financial Services Sales Process team, it is a varied role and will require you to work on each stages of the sales process from lead to submission. The opportunity requires knowledge of advice and industry regulatory standards, it will involve inputting into key projects in order to support organisational change.
-Developing and training staff to make sure users have the knowledge they need to use the sales processes, systems, modelling tools etc. effectively. As well as to be able to compliantly identify and report on any issues and risks.
-Delivering short-term projects and activities as required with outcomes being agreed with your Line Manager.
-Propose mitigation plans in line with audit requirements as well as meeting company standards.
-To update and maintain company advice standards and communicating these changes to advisers, managers, advice checking teams and compliance.
-To review, develop and implement changes to the current process, systems, modelling tools and documentation currently used. To ensure they effectively support the advice propositions and comply with regulatory requirements.
-To design, develop and maintain the report writing and editor tools and ensure the content meets requirements and brand guidelines.
-Ability to work across departments to achieve goals
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience of working within Financial Services sales operations
-Good level of understanding of tax and Financial planning solutions
-Significant experience and technical understanding of financial services regulatory regime. Including, COBS experience
-Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4)
-Leane Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred
