Job role:Sales Partnership Manager
Location:this position can be based in Oxford, London (Kensington), or from home, but frequent and extensive travel is required, in particular to London and Oxford.
Salary:£45,000 per annum + company car
Hours:Full Time 35 hours (Flexibility required)

*Direct sales contact with key decision makers.
*Territory wide client visits and presentations.
*Meeting monthly financial sales targets.
*Pro-actively finding and developing new business opportunities.
*Management of sales team of two people.
*Attending relevant conferences to promote products
*Keeping in regular contact with customers to ensure their needs are met.
*Providing outstanding level of customer support and care.
*Keeping accurate and up to date sales records via Salesforce CRM system.
*Reporting to the Sales Director to ensure all set objectives are met.
*Education to degree level or equivalent.
*A passion for education and desire to help transform learning through exceptional online education and an interest in the use of technology in education.
*Proven experience as a successful Business Development Manager, or similar role, selling at a senior level in higher education or related markets.
*Evidence of reaching and exceeding challenging financial targets for new business.
*Confidence in dealing with decision makers.
*Experience of selling by phone, email and personal presentation.
*Excellent communication skills
*Use of web-based sales tools, sales databases etc.
*Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Professionalism at all levels.
*Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.
*Team player, results orientated and excellent people skills.
*Full, clean UK driving licence.
*Experience of managing and motivating a sales team.
*A technical understanding of Virtual Learning Environments and Managed Learning Environments.
*Formal qualifications in business and /or sales and marketing, whether a postgraduate degree or equivalent.
