Sales Order Processor

MK Resourcing are working with a Finchampstead based organisation to source a Sales Order Processor.

  • This job is working within a small friendly team in quite a fast paced environment.
  • Duties include:
  • Day to day dealing with Customers orders which come in via the web, email or phone
  • Entering UK mail order and trade orders accurately onto Sage
  • Supervising Goods IN/OUT and maintaining an orderly warehouse
  • Ordering goods from our suppliers and maintain appropriate levels of inventory
  • Picking and packing orders Arranging despatch labels via Royal Mail or courier Managing a part time picker and packer (Mon-Wednesday)
  • Set up new products on Sage
  • Maintain good levels of profitability
  • Forklift duties (license can be paid for by us)
  • Upload products onto Amazon/Ebay
  • Process payments via our web portal for taking card payments over the phone
  • Experience with Sage is preferred but training can be provided
  • Excellent telephone manner when speaking to customers, some of whom are elderly (patience!)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00 to £23,000.00 /year

Required experience: warehousing: 3 years

Job Location: Wokingham, Berkshire

Required licence or certification: Forklift Licence
