Our Loughborough based client is currently looking for experienced customer service specialist to join their team on a temporary basis.

Contract: Temporary
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm
Days: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: £9.03 PH
Location: Loughborough

Job Responsibilities:
- Processing orders (between 70 and 100 per day) by phone and email
- Prepares competitive one off and annual quotes
- Handle and respond to all customer queries through a variety of channels-I.E phone, e-mail, fax and web
- Take responsibility for customer follow-up and communication
- Identifies required products, including any additional items
- Work to tight SLA's

Minimum Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Experience working in a multi-channel customer service environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible with working hours
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills
