Our client has an opportunity for an Order Processor to join their established team in East Leeds. They are a busy manufacturing company and due to growth they are now looking to expand the team. Based in customer services you will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and placing orders on the system, so good customer service skills and IT literacy are essential to be successful in the position. However, full training and support will be given. Duties and responsibilities will include:
·Dealing with customers over the phone
·Responding to emails from customers
·Inputting orders on to the system
·Producing weekly sales reports
·Liaising with third parties and hauliers to ensure orders are correct and delivered on time
·Keeping customers updated with regards to delivery times
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and be confident dealing with customers and colleagues.
Hours of work will be Mon to Fri 0800 - 1630. There will be a requirement to work 4 hours on either a Saturday or a Sunday 1 weekend in 3.
