The company

A global organisation based close to Abbots Langley is looking for a Sales Order Processor to assist clients with processing of orders, providing excellent Customer Service through to the end process.

Key responsibilities

Answer departmental incoming enquiries either by telephone or e-mail
To communicate the status of customer orders to internal and external customers when required
Raising purchase orders on suppliers - arrangement and tracking of deliveries to Customer
Raising invoices on Customer orders
Management of database/CRM system
Providing quotations to customers
Management of all sales order processing (end to end)

Key Essentials

*Previous experience of working as a Sales Order Processor
*Experience of working with a CRM system
*Experience of liaising with internal / external stakeholders
*Experience of managing the whole of the Sales Order processing (end to end)
*Be able to commute to Abbots Langley
