My Client is looking for a Operations or Sales Office Manager to oversee two FX teams (dealing & accounts). It is worth noting the client will only consider applications who have a finance operational management background.

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic manager with considerable previous experience of working in a demanding and challenging Finance Office Management role.

You will have the ability to be flexible, possess excellent organisational and communication skills, and to undertake significant diary & operational management responsibilities. The ability to prioritise constantly changing workloads is a must, as is the need to act on your own initiative.

You will support the existing FX dealing & Account depts while any providing a quality and efficient service to the depts.

You will be responsible for undertaking recruitment, sickness and absence monitoring, appraisals and encouraging personal development. The post holder will require a high level of competency in using Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel.

The post holder will have staff management experience as you will be required to organise and supervise two FX sales teams to ensure they undertake their required roles and responsibilities.

Additionally, you will be responsible for undertaking recruitment, sickness and absence monitoring, appraisals and encouraging personal development.

The post holder will require a high level of competency in using Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel.
