Sales Office Suprvisor

The Role - To Supervise the Sales Office:

  • To motivate and develop a Sales Office team to deliver the service levels as specified in our SLA
  • Be aware of our monthy sales target and understand the imapct that the Sales Offive can have on a achieving the target
  • To accurately and professionally respond to email and telephone communication
  • Understand, use and train the Sales Office team to use our bespoke software
  • Ensure that all quoatations and orders are processed efficiently, accuratately and correctly
  • Attend the daily prodcution meeting
  • Be an active member of the product development team
  • Understand when to escalate an issue to the Operations Manager
  • Communicate with all areas of the business to ensure the needs of our custoemrs are understood and met

The Person

You will require:

  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure to achieve deadlines
  • Good communication, organisational skills and be able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be punctual and reliable
  • Previous experience of supervisinng a sales office

Based in: Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire

37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
