You will be working for a national leading manufacturing company based out of the Liversedge area. As a Sales Office Manager you will be at the forefront of leading the business development and the sales team.
Your new job role
As a Sales Office Manager your key duties will include:
- Supporting a team of 20 sales administrators for business to business sales
- 1-2-1's with the team
- Developing processes and efficiencies in the sales order process
- Analysing the team reports
- Point of contact for escalated queries
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this Sales Office Manager job you will need similar experience in a previous managerial position. You will understand the sales order process and be able to demonstrate implementing new procedures to increase efficiency in a managerial job. You will have first class customer service and be able to effectively resolve escalated queries within sales order processing. Experience within the furniture industry would be beneficial to your application but not essential to your success.
What you'll get in return
In return for this Sales Office Manager you will receive an annual salary of up to £30,000 plus bonus. You will have autonomy of the processes and be able to drive the team with support from the senior management.
