Our client, an international manufacturing company is looking to recruit an ambitious, articulate and efficient Sales Office Manager/PA. Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for managing the Sales Admin Office and Reception, using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, in addition to diary management, organising travel arrangements, PA support to the Directors and liaising with customers when required. An advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. A strong disposition, corporate outlook and professional telephone manner together with the ability to demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills are essential.
