Job Title: Sales Office Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Location: St. Albans

Job Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

What you’ll be doing…

  • Continually increasing profit by upselling existing products and developing new sales leads
  • Managing short, medium and long term sales activity for the whole team
  • Managing and developing the sales team, completing appraisals and strategizing the department
  • Monitoring existing sales processes and reporting to the Sales Director to ensure targets are maintained
  • Ensure all customers are targeted with professionalism, courtesy and respect at all times
  • Interpret short term and long term effects of strategies in operating profit

About You…

  • MUST have previous experience in a Sales Manager role within an office
  • MUST have previous team building and management experience
  • Able to produce budgets, strategies, reports and forecasting materials
  • Proven track record of achievement in positions with high responsibility
