An excellent opportunity has arisen within our regional Sales department, based in our busy Southern regional sales office. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with previous experience in a sales administration or supervisory role to progress to the next level and take on managerial responsibility.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will organise and supervise all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the sales office through your team of four administrators. You will assist the RSM to achieve KPI targets and period sales targets and be the vital link between the sales office, 45 designers, our showrooms and internal departments at Wolverhampton and in Camberley.
This is a busy position working five days out of seven, Monday to Sunday, with the primary objective of supporting the RSM and designer team through efficient sales planner management and continuous communication.
You must be self-motivated, target driven, well-organised and have good IT skills including Word and Excel. Knowledge of a CRM system such as SalesForce would be an advantage. Your ability to communicate well is key.
You will need to be a positive individual, with the ability to work on your own initiative and also to motivate and inspire your team.
