Sales Office Co-Ordinator

Do you like customer contact, taking ownership for your job and working in a smaller company where you are a key player?

Our client is seeking a competent individual to co-ordinate their sales process which will include liaising with customers and sales agents, inputting orders into the system, chasing for customer payments (business customers) producing reports and generally helping with any tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You will need to be well organized, happy to work with detailed information, confident speaking with people at all levels and comfortable working with numbers.

Their product range consists of is sold direct to shops/outlets (not to the public). There will be a requirement to help organise and attend 4 trade shows per year which will involve staying away from home for 5-10 days (all expenses covered).

This is an informal office (the dog sits in the corner) where you must be willing to roll your sleeves up and help out with additional duties when the need arises.
