Sales Office Administrator

A small dynamic company that is growing rapidly are now looking for Sales Office Administrator to join their team initially on a 6 month FTC. They are looking for a professional, team player looking to fill a key role in the achievement of it’s business objectives.

Duties will include:
Being first point of phone contact for re-sellers
• Processing website orders
• Processing sample requests
• Verifying payments received with orders
• Taking credit card payments over the phone where applicable
• Checking all orders prior to manufacture for full and correct information 
• Producing Pro-forma and normal invoices

Individuals should have:
A professional, confident, proactive outgoing manner
The ability to work effectively within a small team where contribution and results are visible and directly attributable to the individual
Good organisational skills and a process driven mentality
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills
The ability to work on their own initiative, juggling and prioritising several tasks at any one time.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, excel and outlook
