Sales Office Administrator

Exciting opportunity for a Sales Office Administrator to join a well established company based in Crewkerne.

The purpose of the role is to provide a dedicated customer service and sales administration support for their customer base and the sales and business development teams.

Main Duties:

Sales order entry and expediting

Updating internal and external open order books for major customers

Preparing quotations on CRM system for completion by internal sales

Updating and maintaining customer records on CRM systems

Co-ordinating afters sales customer service

Answering incoming calls

Ensure actions from visits reports are completed within 24 hrs if practically possible

Establish strong relationships with customers, both internal and external

Responsible for the progression towards and achievement of your performance targets

The successful applicant will have previous sales/customer service/administration experience, good telephone skills,Business relationship building, negotiation skills, IT skills
