£24,000 + Pension

This is a great role for a Sales Office Administrator capable of building good relationships with fellow colleagues and customers.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with processing client’s orders via telephone email and fax

- Allocating stock required to meet order requirements and co-ordinating deliveries

- Tracking orders managed from instigation through to successful delivery to client

- Managing any other or delivery queries that occur and ensuring all issues are resolved

- Maintaining computerised client database records and updating when needed

- Maintaining accurate record of all stock items being held in Warehouse
