Sales Office Administrator / Customer Service Advisor - £16,000 per annum
Wild Recruitment are looking for a Sales Office Administrator for our well established, rapidly expanding client based in Poole.
Whether you have experience in retail, hospitality or an office, providing that you have previous customer service experience, this role could be for you.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering telephone calls from customers and dealing with their enquiry
- Taking and placing customer orders onto a bespoke order system
- Assisting customers with product queries
- Preparing quotes
- Liaising with couriers
- General Administration
This is a varied sales administration role so the ability to multitask is essential along with previous customer service experience. You must have strong data entry skills and be proficient in the Microsoft office suite.
