Arthur Jackman Associates is working with one of Leicestershire’s leading Modern Estate Agents and we have been asked to locate motivated, diligent, organized and passionate Sales Negotiator who will work with the Sales & Property Team ensuring thequality control of sales agreedand proactively progressing sales to exchange and completion.

Role: Sales Negotiator

Location: Loughborough

Salary: £Excellent Base Salary + Bonuses

Office Hours of 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday (Some Saturday’s)

21 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)

Car Parking

Core Duties

  • Being professional at all times, always looking to offer added value
  • Ensure all the house sale information is kept up to date
  • Responsible for the quality control of sales agreed, adhering to best practice
  • Keep customers updated on how their sale/purchase
  • You are this customer’s guru, a trustworthy advocate and much needed expert. Listen, and guide them well, provide them with exceptional advice and customer service
  • Proactively progressing sales to exchange and completion
  • Manage clients expectations on how their purchase/sale is progressing and being available throughout the sales process
  • Working effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Answer customer queries in a timely and efficient manner and manage customer expectations
  • Ensure all data is kept up to date and implemented on the relevant systems


  • Experience of working in an Estate Agency or Conveyancing environment
  • Focused on presenting Exemplary Customer Service
  • Previous experience of house sales and conveyancing would be advantageous
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of working within a team environment and on your own initiative
  • You want to be part of an enthusiastic and positive team environment
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong IT Skills - MS Office
  • Have the ability to both listen and influence customers based on their need
  • Full training & development is provided along with a career plan
