Sales Negotiators needed throughout Suffolk for an expanding Independent Estate Agency! Our client is a successful estate agency with several offices throughout Suffolk.

The role will involve:

  • Registering purchaser and tenant details and matching them to available properties.
  • Booking property market appraisals.
  • Carrying out accompanied viewings with purchasers and tenants.
  • Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors.
  • Extremely smart and well presented at all times, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Confident sales negotiator with proven track record
  • At least 12 months experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ambitious, reliable, trustworthy and act with integrity
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

In return our client can pay between £15,000- £18,000 Basic Salary, with on target earnings between £25,000- £30,000.

Working Hours are:

  • Mon- Fri: 9- 5.30
  • 3 in 4 Saturdays 9- 4
  • Day off in Liu when Saturday is worked
