Sales Negotiator
We are currently working with a successful independent Estate Agency of over 20 years based in Pinner, who are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy office. They offer a wide range of services not only sales and lettings, but land and new homes sales, financial and mortgage advice, a panel of solicitors and legal partners, and also contractors to ensure that all of their clients needs are met.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator, be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will be personable, hard working and highly motivated to progress your career with a winning mindset.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits of the Sales Negotiator position include:
- Basic £20,000
- OTE £35,000 - £40,000
- Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm with Saturdays on a rota
- Parking
- Mileage paid

Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator position include:
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
- Will be trained in valuing
The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- 2 years previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
- High level of customer service skills
- The desire to work well in a team
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Target driven and highly motivated
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
