Sales Negotiator

Full Time: Monday to Friday, Flexibility required working weekends (Saturday)

Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire

Salary: £17,500 - £24,000 + Uncapped Negotiable Commission

- Qualifying new leads
- Action enquiries
- Conduct property valuations
- Sourcing new business
- Booking & conducting viewings
- Booking mortgage appointments
- Liaising with solicitors
- Seeing sales process through from start to end
- Able to manage property chains
- Building lasting relationships with vendors and applicants
- Hitting company KPIs
- Exceptional customer service in all areas of the business
- Building applicant database, discerning hot buying and dedicated sellers
- Launching property adverts
- Managing expectations
- Negotiating property sales
- Assisting with lettings

A Successful Candidate:
- Have previous or recent estate agent, sales negotiating experience
- Knowledge in Sales and Lettings
- Hold a proven track record of hitting company KPIs
- Be a self-starter
- Bold enough to prove sales ability
- Able to hold a human conversation
- Able to build rapport with clients and customers
- Previous listing experience
- Want to earn as much money as possible
- Hungry to be the best
- Be able to run their own desk

Gi Group are presenting an AMAZING opportunity to work with an established estate agent in Dunstable. Our client has been operating for over a year and are seeing an exceptional growth within their property portfolio, both Sales and Lettings, covering the Bedfordshire and surrounding Counties.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to be able to run your own desk how you want, being in change of all your own leads and sourcing new business whiles building meaningful relationships with new and existing clients. An ideal candidate for this position will be someone who can work on their own to build up a client base and bring new properties to the market and identifying hot buyers and knows buying signals.
