Monday - Friday (1 in 3 Saturdays)
£18k- £21k + bonus
*Must have a clean driving licence and own transport
*Must have previous experience within the property industry
My client are looking for dynamic and experienced sales negotiator to join their busy organisation. This role will be perfect for any candidate looking to develop a successful career within the property industry. The role would be well suited to applicants with an outgoing personality, good communication skills and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service.
Duties of a Sales Negotiator
- Make viewing appointments
- Make mortgage appointments
- Make valuation appointments
- Make survey appointments
- Follow up on valuations
- Follow up on viewings
- Take offers
- Accompany viewings
Key Competencies of a Sales Negotiator:
- Be a good listener
- Have fantastic customer service skills
- Have a warm friendly personality and a willingness to learn new skills
- Be able to prioritise own workload
- Computer literate
