The role of a Sales Negotiator is exciting and rewarding, calling for you to be a proactive, enthusiastic and professional individual. As a Negotiator you will not only be driving the business forward, but also your own personal development. Working with a variety of people on a daily basis, it is essential to establish long lasting relationships. As a Negotiator at Marsh & Parsons you will benefit from the ability to cross sell between all of our London branches, the support of an award winning marketing team and a dedicated client services department who serve to generate both potential stock and clients.

Know what we are looking for
We are currently seeking an ambitious and sophisticated agent who is looking to establish themselves within a multi-branch agency. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within residential agency and will take pride in delivering the highest level of customer service, thriving in a competitive environment.

The successful candidate will excel in our friendly and customer service focused environment and have the ability to interact positively with colleagues, clients and applicants. Representing Marsh & Parsons, you will need to maintain high standards of personal presentation as well as being well-mannered and personable.
