Sales Negotiator

We`re looking for enthusiastic, driven and customer focused individuals to join our thriving London team.

As a sales negotiator, you will be responsible for promoting and subsequently selling new homes to your client, whilst building and maintaining a close relationship. You may also sell commercial property or negotiate leases on them and will be a key individual within the property industry.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Dealing with incoming enquiries which will involve building detailed knowledge of a number of developments across different areas of London.
  • Building relationships with prospective buyers and developers whilst maintaining high levels of Customer Service in line with Company Service Standards.
  • Assist with the launch of new developments which will often involve working directly with the developer in bringing their scheme to market.
  • Business generation which is vital to any New Homes sales role.
  • Qualifying buyers properly and be able close effectively.
  • Tracking deals and meet individual targets set.
  • Source potential buyers from databases across the Countrywide Network.




The Ideal Candidate:




  • Ability to `think outside the box`
  • Knowledge on the London market
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience
