Our client is an established Estate Agency, priding themselves on their exciting and stylish approach to how property is sold. This is a great opportunity to join a family run business, who are looking for a high calibre individual to join their successful and expanding Kettering sales team.

They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator, who will be responsible for fulfilling a 360 role, involving being both customer and client facing.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Quickly understanding client requirements and matching specific criteria to their needs
  • Advising clients on the marketing strategy for their property, to achieve the best price
  • Diligently undertaking that strategy and updating with clients along the way
  • Generating valuation and financial services appointments
  • Conducting accompanied viewings and providing accurate feedback to clients
  • Submitting offers, and negotiating between vendors and buyers

  • Full Driving Licence

Hours:

  • Full time 5 days a week (Monday to Saturday), between 8.45am - 6.30pm
  • Need to work 3 Saturdays out of 4

Salary and benefits:

  • £17,000 - £20,000 + OTE
