As we expand further, we are looking to appoint a extremely motivated, enthusiastic and career driven Sales Negotiators to join our company.
WE HAVE NEGOTIATOR VACANCIES ACROSS THE GROUP AT LOCATIONS INCLUDING: KENNINGTON, CATFORD, CAMBERWELL, LEE, DULWICH, FOREST HILL, BLACKFEN, STREATHAM, PLUMSTEAD, PECKHAM AND BROMLEY.
The ideal Sales Negotiators will be well presented and tenacious with experience working to targets and deadlines as well as a sound Estate Agency or Property background.
It would be beneficial to have experience working within a Greater London based estate agency.
The role will involve; qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties, viewing properties, negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers through to sales conclusion whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers. You will also be responsible for referral of Mortgage Business and other related services.
GCSE Qualifications in English and Maths (minimum)
UK Driving License and your own vehicle
Fully referenced employment history
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
