My Client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator working Monday to Friday plus 1 in 3 weekends as part of a rota.
The hours are 37.5 hours - 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch. You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends as follows: 9am to 5pm Saturday and 10.30am to 4pm Sunday with half an hour for lunch both days. You will take two days off the following week in return for working a weekend
You will be entitled to 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays - 2 days must be used for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.
You will be responsible for selling a variety of properties, from one bedroom flats to large student investment properties and family houses. You will book and undertake property viewings, encourage and take offers, maintain all log notes of conversations about offers and sales, negotiating and agreeing deals, progressing sales including chasing lawyers, surveyors, etc, assisting buyers with remedial repair quotes, and renegotiation, etc.
As you will be in and out of the office you will need to be smartly presented, well spoken and articulate, have computer experience, and be able to think logically.
You must have your own car and maintain appropriate insurance for business use. Mileage is paid at 45p per complete mile, to include any insurance cover necessary
