Key responsibilities of our Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager
- Organising Viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Gaining valuations and looking after potential vendors to actively promote company brand.
- Generate new business opportunities
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Exceed targets & build the brand
Skills and experience required of our Sales Negotiator / Senior Negotiator
Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience working in a Sales Environment ideally in the North London area, be enthusiastic, well presented, confident, polite, possess first class communication skills and demonstrate a passion for property and a determination to succeed.

£50,000 OTE, £16k - £20k basic salary, car allowance or company car, uncapped commission structure, office commission & personal commission scheme, bonus structure.
