Sales Negotiator - New Homes, London

Our client is a leading London Estate Agency who have been operating for over 30 years. They portfolio is vast and has a large variety of properties all over London. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for experienced Sales Consultants to join their New Homes team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a very diverse role. Due to there being a number of offices situated across London, you will have access to numerous different developments of all different values and sizes.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling both completed and off plan stock
  • Conducting and booking viewings
  • Taking enquiries and following up leads
  • Maintain relationships with customers throughout the process up to exchange
  • Working towards KPI's ensuring you are hitting and ideally over exceeding on targets

Further Requirements:

  • Have experience within sales, either in estate agency or new homes
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times to potential buyers
  • Have excellent knowledge of the Residential Development industry across the whole of London
  • Be articulate, well-spoken and personable
  • Be able to work Saturdays
  • Have good computer Skills

Salary £20,000 Basic OTE £60,000-£70,000
