A new opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Sales Negotiator who is required for my clients in Edinburgh. My clients our a leading Scottish law firm, specialising in Estate Agency, Conveyancing and Private Client services.

You will need to be well polished and well-groomed with a good knowledge of the industry. Previous sales negotiation experience in the Scottish property market is essential, with prior experience of purchase negotiation also preferable. You will be self-motivated, have excellent relationship building skills and be able to secure new business opportunities without supervision.

The successful applicant should have previous experience of working in a Solicitor Estate Agent and be proficient in their knowledge of relevant LSS regulations.

Working as part of the busy, growing estate agency team the successful applicant would be responsible for:

  • Managing their own portfolio of properties for our clients.
  • Arranging viewings
  • Obtaining feedback and negotiating offers on these propertie
  • Delivering excellent customer service and helping clients to achieve the best price for their property.

In return my client is offering a basic salary of £18,000 - £25,000 (Depending on experience) plus bonuses & opportunities in the future to progress.
