EA Recruitment have been instructed to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join our clients very exclusive and well-established estate agency which focuses on the mid to high end property market. Based in Chiswick on the river this team deals with some of the prime and most luxurious properties from Hammersmith through Chiswick and down to Isleworth. If you have at least 12 months experience in property sales, if you have confidence and the ability to deal with HNWIs then this is the perfect role for you to progress in your estate agency career. Interviews are taking place now and we are looking for a start ASAP

The role:

Working within the sales team

Dealing with potential buyers, identifying their requirements, building relationships

Arranging and accompanying property viewings

Discussing feedback and keeping the vendors updated

Assisting the Branch Manager with advertising and marketing ideas

Working towards performance targets

Conducting sales progression, dealing with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisors

The requirements:

12 months + experience selling property

Clean driving licence and own car

Must have clear communication skills and good command of the English language

Professional, well presented and ambitious

Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate confidently with HNWIs

Live within 45 minutes of the office (W4)

The benefits:

3 months guaranteed wage

£50K OTE in year 1

12%-13% commission paid on your deals

Average deal value is £15K

£20K Basic income + commission
