Our Clients, a multi-branch independent estate agent in Biggleswade, are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team. They are looking for experienced estate agents to facilitate the ongoing growth of their market share in Biggleswade.

This role would suit a candidate who has at least 1 years experience working as a Sales Negotiator and is looking to take their career to the next level. There are multiple opportunities for continued progression, so ambitious individuals with aspirations of management would be a good fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate valuations through canvassing.
  • Registering applicants and arranging viewings.
  • Conducting viewings.
  • Negotiating offers for sale.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years estate agency experience
  • Valuation experience desirable but not essential
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Polite and professional approach.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Target driven and dynamic

Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am-6pm, alternative Sat 9am-5pm

Salary/Package: £16,000 - £20,000 basic salary (£25,000- £35,000 OTE)
