Sales & Marketing Team Administrator (*Every weekend working - this work can be done from home at weekends*)

Our client is seeking a professional candidate with previous experience in sales support or similar role customer facing role. Any experience in house building or property development sector would be advantageous for this role. The Sales & Marketing Team Administrator is there to support the increase of the quantity and quality of the information and leads on the sales database ready to hand over to the Sales Managers responsible for their development. You will often be the first point of contact for potential clients and therefore the 'the voice' of the company. The role will also support in marketing administration duties and assist the Sales Coordinator during busy periods.

As many of our promotions via the media will take place at the weekend there will be a need for flexibility to work weekends regularly in exchange for weekdays, this will be planned and agreed with you

The role:

  • Take calls from potential buyers, as a result of advertising
  • Capture all the relevant information needed from the potential buyers into SalesForce
  • Establish, maintain and grow relationships with prospective owners
  • Provide key information to help prospective purchasers in their decision making
  • Keep up to date on the planning and build programme for each development
  • Keep well informed about our products and the service we offer after purchase
  • Respond positively to any questions and help to overcome early objections
  • Maintain and manage SalesForce so prospects can be called at a later date to catch up on the progress of their decision making process
  • Chase up all enquiries and set up telephone appointments with our Sales Managers
  • Run reports from SalesForce to assist in monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of the process
  • Communicate progress and sharing information with the team
  • Identify ways of improving current process and trying new techniques is encouraged
  • Assist with the production of floor plans
  • Ensure Sales Managers have enough marketing collateral

The person:

  • The position requires previous experience in sales support or similar role customer facing role
  • Experience in the house building or property development sector would be advantageous
  • Outstanding communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good IT skills including previous use of databases or the SalesForce system
  • A flexible approach to work, this role will require occasional weekend work

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with grade C or above in English and Maths
