Key Account Management
A great opportunity for a driven, tenacious, customer service focused Graduate who wants to work closely with schools to improve teaching and learning and make a real difference in education. As a Graduate Key Account Manager, you will own approximately 150-200 customer accounts within a defined patch. You will act as the customer champion within the business and will be accountable for ensuring that customer care is maximised with timely and appropriate responses to customer service issues.
A great opportunity for a tenacious, self-sufficient Graduate seeking high levels of autonomy and accountability. The holder of this position will need to work across a variety of campaigns, motivate school leaders to want to meet them, engage them in conversation, and use these conversations to uncover and create new sales opportunities. Once created, they will also need to successfully sell the related RM solution, by building superior value, overcoming concerns and gaining a financial commitment from the prospect.
Skills & Experience
You will have achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:1 or first class honors degree. In addition we are looking for:
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Flexible can-do attitude with a willingness and ability to adapt.
- The ability to think and act independently
- Focus on proactive customer success and satisfaction.
- Knowledge, interest and understanding of information technology and a strong desire to meet customers and understand the market.

- Good judgement and decision making skills
