AGP Play are a leading supplier of artificial grass surfaces and play solutions to the UK Education sector. Our solutions are being used to improve the health, safety and wellbeing of thousands of children across the UK at hundreds of colleges, schools and nurseries. AGP deliver playground and play area surfaces and equipment. MUGA surfaces, fencing and equipment, Daily Mile exercise tracks and outdoor gyms. AGP employ over 35 people and will turnover in excess of £5million in 2018.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to work closely with our Marketing Manager in the "engine room" of the business. His/Her responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage every School inbound enquiry (web & phone) taking responsibility for the qualification and appointing a Business Development Manager to visit the school/nursery to undertake a survey. You will work with both our CRM and Google calendar so you must have a good understanding of both. Each appointment to be confirmed and professionally set up.
- Manage all residential enquiries, qualifying the enquiry (CRM) and sending out a sample pack working to an agreed service level. Provide weekly reporting by lead source and by Installation team to measure ROI.
- Manage the DM communication strategy sending out regular targeted messages to all cold and warm enquiries that will include relevant case studies, newsletters and other support collateral.
Must possess superb oral and written communication skills educated to at least A level or degree level. Must be comfortable around data and understand a CRM driven data driven business model. Experience in a sales and marketing environment is a must and the successful candidate must have the ability to "make things happen". Good knowledge in using Adobe inDesign, Photoshop , Mailchimp and Wordpress is an advantage. Finally and most importantly, you must be organised, disciplined and be capable of becoming the customer facing "front person" of AGP or the first point of contact. A big character for a big role!
Your hours will be 8am until 5pm with 25 working days holiday per annum. Your salary will be experience related but as a guideline be between 18k - 22k + bonus dependent on experience. First year OTE will be around 26k. Bonus will be revenue related and linked to the BDM bonus scheme.
