Sales & Marketing Administrator - French Speaking

French speaking Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator required for a new, permanent role in South Durham area.

The Role
Working in a busy, friendly team, duties will include:
Researching sales opportunities from a variety of sources;
Contacting potential customers to gather information for marketing purposes and recording findings within the computerised customer database;
Maintaining the records of existing companies and contacts;
Setting up new customers;
Processing customer enquiries and sales orders;
Entering prices and quotations onto an ERP system.

Working hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 2:30pm Friday. 37.5 hours per week.

Experience Required
The successful candidate must be either native French or be fluent in both spoken and written French and English. They must have an excellent telephone manner, a high standard of customer service and be able to work as part of a team.

£20,000 to £23,000 per annum.
